I subtitle this "The Road Home."
Since most of my road views are of city traffic I find it relaxing on weekends to explore small back roads enjoying a quieter lifestyle. The picture I am posting of a road where I live was taken a few weeks ago at the end of a daytrip on a sweltering day. A sunshower had passed and left the road steaming...you can see it rising from the road in the distance and you can see the reflection from the dashboard in the car window...sorry about that.
And an example of my worst conditions on the road home on a wintry day at about 20 km/ph because the roads were so slippery.
